  On his first appointment our dog Louie was a little nervous at first but quickly settled in with Laura - she was very confident in handling him and had a calming influence while doing so.
  When we collected him an hour or so later Louie had been beautifully hand-stripped, bathed, ears done & nails clipped - he looked absolutely handsome! And more importantly he was sooo happy and gave Laura lots of doggy kisses!
  I found Laura to be very warm and likeable as well as knowledgeable in dog related issues - which is why we continue to take Louie for his regular spruce-up.
